How do I find my Laddu Gopal's dress size?

Measure an old dress edge to edge in inches. Size 1 is 3 inches, Size 4 is 8 inches and Size 8 is 16 inches. The full chart is on our size guide.

How do I choose a photo frame poshak size?

Measure the outside of your photo frame in inches, width by length, and choose the same size, for example 8x10.

Orders and delivery

How long will my order take?

Each piece is handmade to order. We dispatch in 10 to 12 working days (Monday to Friday). Delivery takes about 7 more days. During festivals it can take longer.

How much is shipping?

A flat Rs 150 anywhere in India.

How do I track my order?

Use our track your order page with the phone number you ordered with.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, we cannot change or cancel it, because work starts right away.

Custom orders

Can you make a size or colour that is not on the website?

Yes. Message us on WhatsApp at 86175 52505 with your size and the design you like.

Returns

Do you take returns or exchanges?

No. Every piece is handmade to order, so we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges. If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us on WhatsApp at 86175 52505 and we will find a resolution.

Do you ship outside India?

Yes. For international orders, message us on Instagram @morpankhofficial.in or on WhatsApp.

How can I pay?

Most orders are placed and paid online at checkout on our website. For custom orders on WhatsApp, we share UPI details.
